2662 North Halsted (and other locations)
Boasting "all natural ingredients," Edwardo's has a good crust, and the spinach stuffed pizza is damned tasty.
3006 North Sheffield
The key here is that Chicago's Pizza is centrally located, is open until 5AM, and has slices of stuffed pizza for $3.00 each. I don't think I've ever suffered from a hangover if I stop there on my way home. The pizza is pretty good when you're sober, too.
2548 North Clark Street
This is my favorite spot for a quick lunch. The thin crust is consistently good, and they have Sicilian thick crust (although it's round instead of the traditional square, but I can live with that) and calzones, both hallmarks of a true New York style pizzeria. They also tend to have soccer matches playing on the one television in the place, which is a very good thing. Plus, they deliver all the way up by Wrigley Field.
