[practice] Single-double combinations

This is mostly a simplification of the first page of George Lawrence Stone's Stick Control, which should be in every drummer's library. While Stone pushes through all possible right/left combinations of four strokes, I tend to focus on just the singles and doubles. Basically, this is just a single-stroke roll, a double-stroke roll, and every permutation of a single paradiddle (RLRR LRLL), played at an even tempo. You should keep this one going for a while, and try it at slow, medium and fast tempos.

RLRL RLRL RLRL RLRL
RRLL RRLL RRLL RRLL
RLRR LRLL RLRR LRLL
RLLR LRRL RLLR LRRL
RRLR LLRL RRLR LLRL
