Um...oops?

From today's New York Times, with thanks to Slate for pointing it out:

"Because of an editing error, a front-page article yesterday about diplomatic developments in the Iraq crisis misidentified the Bush administration official who said about the weapons inspectors in Iraq, 'At some point it will become obvious that it's time for them to go.' It was an administration official speaking on condition of anonymity, not Condoleezza Rice, President Bush's national security adviser."

There's no way that's NOT funny.

What else? Dealing with some drama today that could have significant consequences for my current musical plan, but nothing that will scuttle the emerging decision to rely heavily on music for income.

Which is the emerging decision, by the way. Between music, voiceover work and broadcasting Fire games, it's entirely within the realm of possibility that I won't need a "normal" day job any more, and I have until June or so to put the plan into effect. This gives me enough time to finish definitely the first and maybe the second voiceover class that I'm taking, and will give various musical projects time to get off the ground. Which isn't to say I've abandoned the search for full-time employment, just that I'm not relying entirely on it. I've got a backup plan, one that's potentially more satisfying to boot.
