Okay, I've seen two commercials for what look like appallingly bad movies in the past half-hour or so. First, Old School actually led with a bad review, but then refuted it with the claim that it was the #1 comedy in America. This was followed by a claim from How To Lose a Guy in Ten Days that it was the #1 Romantic Comedy in America. Which means that neither of them was, in fact, the top-grossing movie of the week, and Ten Days could conceivably be down around #10, although it was actually in the third spot.
Are we that dumb that people will actually fall for that? Wait, don't answer that question.
If you want real comedy, go here. And be prepared for people to ask you what's making you laugh so hysterically.
