According to TV Guide, a recent MRI of noted "singer" Britney Spears found silicone in her left knee.
That's right, her breasts are (allegedly) real, but she had her kneecaps enlarged. Or all that "singing" shook silicone from, ahem, other parts of her body all the way down there.
Yes, I'm conveniently ignoring that most breast implants (I really shouldn't be inviting more comment spam like that) are saline and not silicone nowadays. At least I think they are. Read it somewhere. Really.
