High-Priced Lobbyists

NP: Diver playlist

Okay, so I just went down to the "convenience" store in our lobby to sort of cheat on one of my New Year's resolutions -- and to be fair, the not drinking and the working out are bigger parts of that than say, not having an occasional candy bar after lunch, and besides, I had a salad -- and noticed that the proprieters of said establishment must think we're all suckers. A 12-ounce can of soda? Seventy-five cents. A 21-ounce bottle? A buck-fifty. Realizing how many Accenture consultants probably miss the obvious cost-benefit analysis? Priceless.
