Picked Clean

NP: Mark Lanegan, Bubblegum

I put together a nice long list of stuff to do on my day off yesterday, but managed to avoid the hard parts. Namely, swapping out my old CD-R/RW drive for a DVD-R drive and completely reconfiguring my closet.

I also ended up with some very clean guitar picks and lip balm. Very happy the caps stayed on for the latter, and you think I would have learned after the first load of laundry yielded one stick of balm, a pen (no leakage) and a pick. But I didn't.

Getting in shape continues to look eminently achievable, although a week's worth of workouts has me rationalizing a lot of snacking. I don't think my metabolism has kicked up quite that hard yet, although adding two nights of soccer a week might make that somewhat more likely.
