The Price Of Infamy

NP: Bulls vs. Timberwolves

I can't conceive of a Bulls game during the Jordan era that wasn't on TV. If there's ever an indication of how far this team has fallen in terms of broadcasting clout, this is it. Although I suspect that maybe ABC was considering putting the T-Wolves on the national telecast, since it looks like the Lakers-Cavs had the same start time. Of course, with Kevin Garnett and company also hanging around .500 ball, this match couldn't supplant Kobe versus LeBron. Especially as the Bulls continue to see moderate success without marquee players.

Of course, the team is still pitching the visitors as the main attraction for ticket sales, but that could change as the playoffs get both closer and within reach.
