A Stevie Ray Day

NP: Morrissey, You Are The Quarry

"Cold Shot"? Check. "Couldn't Stand The Weather"? Check. And on some level, "The Sky Is Crying." Or has bad dandruff. I should watch out for a "Crossfire" on the way home as I walk that "Tightrope."

Now, to be fair, I'm typically not one to complain about winter in Chicago. This year just seemed to catch me off guard. I can't recall it ever being this cold this early in December. There was one finals week when I was in college where I have this memory of my beard freezing, 'cause it wasn't totally dry after shaving that morning, but that would have been a little later in the month.

This is serious "global warming my ass!" weather we've got right here, I tell you what. Good thing I upgraded all my winter gear last month.
