Hybrid Theory

NP: Guided By Voices, Isolation Drills

One emerging theme I'm seeing post-State of the Union is the growing snark-off about "human-animal hybrids." Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to post links to the best ones you've seen so far in the comments.

So far I've got, via the depressingly AMC-starved Wonkette, a t-shirt complete with its own website and Slate's Jacob Weisberg, who said the following:

This year's pandering nadir came during the brief passage on bioethics, when George Bush called for legislation banning the creation of "human-animal hybrids." In Washington, there is a lobby for everything except apparently mermaids and centaurs.

Post 'em if you've got 'em. And no, there's not really anything else worth saying about the SOTU address, and not just because I didn't watch it. But mostly because I didn't watch it.
