So What Are They Talking About?
NP: FC Dallas vs. Colorado Rapids
So the latest Republican talking point on Iraq seems to be strategy versus tactics, with the latter being malleable while the former is not. At least that seems to be the consensus. I'm pretty sure I saw an explicit Tony Snow quote to that effect as well.
So, either somebody didn't tell the Associated Press, or Bush and his generals just sat around talking about how they're not going to change their strategy, or maybe about how great they all think their strategy is.
