The Land Of No Surprises
A couple of random things that everyone should have seen coming:
- Shortest Reunion Tour Ever. Apparently Van Halen made it through the photo shoot, and that's it.
- Marriage Made In Low-Earth Orbit. We all knew XM and Sirius would merge, so why didn't we invest in one or the other?
- Habeas Corpus Only If You Can Afford It. On the same day the courts affirmed that Gitmo detainees have no right to appeal, Republicans warn of a "rush to judgement" against a GOP donor who has financially supported terrorism. I thought I was desensitized to this sort of hypocrisy, but I guess not.
