I Continue To Enjoy Being Right
NP: Led Zeppelin, Boxed Set
I should go back and check to see if I ever committed my opinion on the housing bubble to the blog. Plus, this makes me think that I have a long enough time horizon to buy a place to actually save a fair amount for a down payment.
UPDATE: Okay, here's the one post I could find, from back in January, and I do mention that my suspicions pre-dated that post. And that the realistic timeline to buy is still at least halfway into next year.
