Netroots vs. Grassroots?

NP: Pandora

Andrew Sullivan has been taking your calls on why the liberal "netroots" movement seems to have turned on Barack Obama. This notion that he essentially spurned the likes of Kos for his own grassroots movement resonates a little bit, but I got the distinct impression that Kos liked to take credit for Obama's rise in the first place, which adds another wrinkle to it.

An alternate explanation takes a slightly more nuanced tack, in that it's not so much that they don't like him as he is not the best representative of their overall approach to the process, which is to make a hell of a lot of partisan racket to offset the likes of Fox News.
