The Meteorological Hedge

NP: John Cage, 4'33"

So the Tribune website is predicting "up to" seven inches of snow. Much like predicting a 40% chance of rain is going to be technically correct whether it rains or not, I would like to point out that just one inch of snow falls under the definition of "up to seven inches."

Am I bitter about spending 30 bucks on parking to avoid the foot of snow last week that never materialized? Maybe just a little.
