Extended Hangover

To the extent that anyone cares, I'm a little burned out. With the election over, and work ramping up to hitherto unseen levels of intensity -- it's my job to explain what's going on in the retail economy and how it's affecting us around here -- I just haven't had the time or the inclination to voraciously consume news and spin my own insights about it.
I do have pictures of the Obama Grant Park rally up on Facebook, but it seems about 75% of people I know were there as well. I may have something to say about that eventually, once the magnitude of witnessing that moment of history in person sinks in. Right now, I seem more interested in capturing moments photographically rather than verbally, which is a little weird. Albeit easier to reconstruct.
