The day after G-Rod's eminently mockable press conference, I wanted to go back to another angle that developed shortly after our governor got arrested last week, and that's how it affects the chances former corrupt Illinois Governor George Ryan might get pardoned by his fellow Republican (and fellow George) still in the White House.
I'm wondering about flip side of this, though, as Blagojevich is probably pissed he can't, say, commute all the death sentences in Illinois in an attempt to salvage his legacy. As if Blago will have any legacy other than that hair.
