I agree with what this guy at Chicagoist is saying about the proposed development across the street from Wrigleyville -- seriously, what gets replaced other than a 7-11, a Starbucks, that one souvenir shop, and a couple of non-distinctive bars.
The bigger issue is that I agree with some guy at Chicagoist, which means he might be new, 'cause I mostly don't like that site. Between the Chicago blog on Huffington Post and Time Out Chicago's blog, it's not like they add anything of demonstrable value.
