This was the guy who said Blago would not appoint anyone to the Senate seat, right? I can't imagine why he would quit yesterday...
Meanwhile, Nate's been going pretty hard at the question of how, exactly, Harry Reid expects to block the appointment. And ignoring my e-mails asking if he's expanding headcount for his operation.
