Misdiagnosing the Problem

I saw a column, probably in the Sun-Times, that said that this is all about contract negotiations, and I kind of hope it is, because if Jerry Angelo really thinks that QB is the Bears' biggest problem, he's not paying attention. To my totally untrained, barely watch American football eye, it seems like a dependable wide receiver and whatever it takes to galvanize the defense against the run have to be the first two orders of business.
Meanwhile, there's also some question as to whether or not Jim Hendry is also misdiagnosing his team's needs up on the North side in trading Mark DeRosa and showing interest in Milton Bradley.
