State Government In Decline?
NP: Torquay United vs. Coventry City
No governors at the top of either party's presidential ticket. The one governor on either ticket was a joke. Between corruption charges and Senate appointments -- and sometimes both -- there is a lot of focus on a couple of statehouses. Is this a sea change in the presumption of executive superiority of governors over legistlators?
