One Of These Things Is Not Like The Other

Nate Silver makes a colorful point about how there's not some single "socialist" model of health care, but he's almost certainly preaching to the converted. Opposition forces on this issue don't tend to do nuance very well, and it's a lot easier to demonize the alternatives if you just lump everything into a single "not like us" category.
Then again, preaching to the converted in this sort of easy-to-understand language (and pictures!) may help health care proponents from getting too wonky when they defend themselves against critics, and it proves once again how much better Silver is than any of the other writers on his site at breaking things down effectively.
