When Bad Analysis Attacks

Now, to be fair, I'm a big fan of customer reviews as a really important element in online marketing. That said, a difference of 1% in a sample of 1,000 doesn't strike me as a headline-worthy "finding."
And if there are people out there making these sorts of dumb analytical mistakes, why haven't I found a new job yet? Come on, people!
