No Sooner Said

Okay, America, I know I said you were proving to be a good judge of talent earlier in the week. Little did I know that, unbeknownst to me, you had already voted Franklin Bridge off of The Next Great American Band. I guess it was inevitable, as there probably wouldn't be any overlap between fans of the bands that had been previously voted off and the Philly soul/rock/gospel badasses. And I find it ironic that they did what Dicko wanted them to, and played a pretty straight-up version of the Billy Joel tune, only to get punished for it by the voters.

At this point, I'm pulling for The Clark Brothers. They're just too damn good.

And if it comes down to Sixwire against Denver and the Mile High Orchestra, they should totally bring in Tim Robbins and the guy who plays Sawyer on Lost as guest judges.
