Mexican Radio

On the heels of Chivas finally announcing they'll play in Los Angeles last year, now Tecos is talking Chicago. And Club America has been linked to either San Jose or a new team in Texas for a while now.

This has some in the online soccer communities getting their Umbros in a bunch, but my take is that it's just talk. If one of the biggest owners in your country is starting a team in another country, every single member of the press is going to ask every owner of every other team if they're going to do it, too. The diplomatic thing to say is that you'd be interested, lest you look like a chump compared to the other guy.
