Thornton To Train In Manchester

Okay, for once I got a scoop that I feel like I can actually share. According to someone who spoke to him earlier this week, Fire goalkeeper Zach Thornton will be headed overseas to train in Manchester, England. No word as to whether it's with United or City at this point, but with fellow US 'keeper Tim Howard at United, that would be the logical guess.

I'll go out on a limb and guess that the Fire will include this in one of their weekly updates once he actually gets on the plane.
