Out Clauses Are The New Black

Yesterday I said that I didn't think Peter Wilt would leave his position with the new women's team to return to the Fire full-time. Tom at Backdraft has the definitive word -- that is, Peter's -- on whether it's possible. The obvious difference between Peter's out clause and the one in Juan Carlos Osorio's contract is that Wilt's looks to be less of a surprise to the people involved.

That said, I still think Peter would only reduce his role with the women's team if he knew he was leaving it in good shape and in good hands. If he can take care of that, then yeah, totally.
