Yeah, it seems like nine out of ten posts on this page are about Jon Stewart and The Daily Show, but it's summer, and there's just not a whole heck of a lot else on. The Washington Post previews John Kerry's appearance on Comedy Central tonight, casting a pretty hopeful tone for substance suspiciously lacking elsewhere on the cable dial.
I'm not so optimistic. I don't think it's going out on a limb to predict that Kerry is going to come across as pandering to the younger demographic, quite possibly worse than Wes Clark did during the primary, and will just parrot bits and pieces of his stump speech rather than engage whatever questions Stewart asks him.
