Gimme Some Mo (Ryan)

As the proliferation of cable TV channels continues, how do you sort through all the crap to find the good stuff? TiVo is going to try building in recommendations from a Chicago Tribune critic.

I've been much more interested in this sort of thing on the music side, as the Internet increased the availability of options much more than has been the case on television. But it's still a pretty interesting development, and since I'm a TiVo subscriber in Chicago, I may give Maureen Ryan's recommendations a spin. Knowing the Trib, I'll probably have to subscribe to the paper in order to make it work.
